Ben Hess - Managing Partner

Ben is a serial entrepreneur, writer, and coach specializing in real estate recruiting. He co-founded ThirdPool Recruiting in 2006, which operates in over 80 US metro areas. Later, he co-founded CoRecruit and Recruiting Insight. As the primary author of the Recruiting Insight publication, he reaches thousands of industry leaders every day. With a diverse background in software, electronics, and finance, Ben is also a US Naval Academy graduate. He has a father of six and enjoys sailing and fly fishing in his free time.

Mark Johnson - Managing Partner

Mark is an experienced real estate leader and expert in organizational growth. As the former brand president and CEO of JPAR – Real Estate, he led the company to a 5X growth over five years, reaching $8 billion in sales. In 2019, he co-founded CoRecruit and became a managing partner in Recruiting Insight in 2020. He is also an engaging speaker and author of three books. Mark has an MBA from California State University and a Behavioral Change Certification from the National Association of Sports Medicine. A father of three and an adventure athlete, he is dedicated to continuous learning and personal development.

Logan Dziuk - Director of Operations

Logan is a solutions-driven and product-focused contributor to Recruiting Insight. He builds, manages, and maintains much of the backend software behind the Recruiting Insight solutions suite. He has been with ThirdPool since 2015 and became a partner in Recruiting Insight in 2021. A graduate of Washington State University, Logan has degrees in Economics and Finance. He is a father of one and enjoy skiing, camping, and fishing.

Lee Gray - Director of Client Services, ThirdPool

Lee is a true people person. Understanding people and building relationships to garner the highest level of success is what drives her. A graduate from the University of Wisconsin, with a degree in Political Science and minor in Criminal Justice, Lee has been with ThirdPool and Recruiting Insight since 2007.  She has also been a CoRecruit coach. A mother of two boys, Lee keeps busy with pickleball and pilates in her spare time.

Rhonda Deloge - Director of Client Services, TalentScout

Rhonda is an accomplished professional specializing in managing high-performing recruiting call centers. She leverages her exceptional leadership skills to drive outstanding results for clients using with Recruiting Insight’s TalentScout product. Rhonda’s deep expertise in Recruiting, Customer Relations, and Research & Development enables her to create and implement strategic initiatives that enhance team performance and streamline operations. Outside of the office, Rhonda is an adventurous mother of two who finds joy in skiing, biking, and hiking, embodying her passion for the great outdoors.

Stephanie Robertstad - Account Manager

After a 20+ year career in the education field, Stephanie has been using her skills — clear communication, analytical thinking, strong relationship-building, and attention to detail — in recruiting and account management since 2020. She is a graduate of the University of Dallas Master of Humanities/Literature program, is a mother of two (adult) children, and enjoys an active outdoor lifestyle living in the beautiful PNW.
